Founded in 1999, SCI Solutions began by introducing a breakthrough ASP-based healthcare scheduling application in 2000. Since then, we have evolved our core technology and acquired complementary offerings to better support healthcare’s critical Access Management and Revenue Cycle processes right from the start.

SCI Solutions, originally known as scheduling.com, brought web-native technology and a dramatically new business model to healthcare. We were the first to offer effective enterprise solutions via the Internet.

Since then, we have continued to demonstrate how a focus on efficient patient scheduling generates significant benefits for integrated delivery networks. We are helping more than 200 healthcare delivery systems, ambulatory clinics, imaging centers and affiliated physicians improve customer service, maximize resources, accelerate the revenue cycle, and improve physician loyalty.

Over the years, we've expanded our functionality and added core enterprise healthcare solutions to provide higher and broader-reaching benefits. Recognizing the priority for healthcare organizations to create better communications with their community physicians, SCI acquired Efileshare.com in October 2005. This award-winning, web-based technology provides physician offices online order entry and pre-encounter management. It also creates the foundation for medical community referral networks and Regional Health Information Organizations (RHIO).

Our scheduling solution ranks in the top 15 of over 500 healthcare software products tracked by KLAS, a leading customer satisfaction reporting company. We were Frost & Sullivan's 2004 Technology Leadership Award winner for Enterprise Patient Scheduling and have won industry awards every year since inception. And, Microsoft's Healthcare User Group (MS-HUG) recognized us for excellence in both 2003 and 2004.
