Joel French, Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer
Joel French has 23 years experience in technology company leadership with a focus on clinical informatics, financial management, healthcare business operations and enterprise sales management. Prior to joining SCI, Joel served as VP/GM Healthcare of Motion Computing, Inc and founder, managing partner and CEO of Nephalios Group, LLC, a consultancy serving executives of technology, consulting and private equity firms. He was previously corporate vice president of strategic development of Superior Consultant Holdings Corporation, a leading publicly traded management consulting and IT outsourcing firm serving health enterprises internationally. Joel was a member of the executive team responsible for generating Superior’s strong growth as well as its public equity capitalization, prior to its sale to Affiliated Computer Services. He was founder, president & CEO of ComTrust, LLC, a wholly owned Superior subsidiary providing managed authentication and policy services to many of the largest health enterprises in the United States as well as the Military Health Services. Before that French served in a number of leadership capacities with Sentient Systems, Inc., a rapidly growing custom software development and systems integration firm, prior to its acquisition by Daou Systems, Inc.
Joel has been an active contributor to the growing body of health industry knowledge as a widely published author and conference faculty, speaking at healthcare trade conferences, management retreats, and client board meetings. Joel has held an appointment as adjunct professor of the Masters in Health Administration program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Joel is an affiliate of The American College of Healthcare Executives, a member of ACHE’s CEO Circle Forum, and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. He received a BA in Economics from Pacific Lutheran University.

John Holton has provided solid direction and thought leadership to the organization since its founding in 1999. Drawing
on his significant industry experience, John guides the technical and business innovations that are shaping
the future of healthcare.
John has extensive experience in the design, development, sales and support of healthcare information systems. As Founder and CEO of SCI Solutions (formerly scheduling.com) for eleven years, John pioneered the ASP/software-as-a-service model in Patient Access and brought his vision of front-door to back-office Access Management to the forefront of the healthcare IT industry. As a result he grew the company into the foremost leader in the Access Management and frontend Revenue Cycle market.
Additionally, John was co-founder of the Atwork Corporation. Over a 12-year period, he built Atwork into the industry leader in healthcare scheduling and management systems, serving more than 2,000 hospitals in the U.S. and 400 in Europe. Under his direction, Atwork twice made the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing private companies.
Prior to founding Atwork, John was on the administrative staff at Alta Bates Hospital serving the nursing, laboratory and information systems areas. He also was a member of the academic staff at the University of California-Berkeley, where he conducted research on utilization review and quality assurance in healthcare. During that time, John authored eight thought-leadership articles. He holds a bachelors in history and a masters in engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
Jeff Anderson, Managing Partner and Chief Sales Officer
Jeff serves as Managing Partner and Chief Sales Officer for SCI where he is globally responsible for direct and channel
sales. He will also function as an executive member of the strategy team as SCI seeks to expand its footprint
in the provider and payer marketplace. His healthcare career spans more than 26 years including senior management
experience in revenue growth, business development, client delivery, compliance and systems integration.
Prior to joining SCI, Jeff worked in senior partner roles in firms such as Superior Consultant, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Accenture and Huron Consulting Group. Jeff’s most recent experiences have focused on client delivery in distressed industries : automotive, financial services, banking , heavy manufacturing and healthcare revenue cycle. Additionally, Jeff served in numerous senior executive roles including president and CEO, TenFold Healthcare; Corporate SVP, Superior Consultant Holdings; SVP PerSe; VP, McKesson; and Corporate SVP SAIC.
Jeff was appointed to the Georgia Department of Community Health in 2004 and the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority Board of Directors by Governor Sonny Perdue. He currently serves as a board member of the Georgia World Congress Center Authority. Jeff also serves as a volunteer with the Atlanta Metro YMCA. He is a retired Reserve U.S. Army Lt. Colonel, Aviation. Jeff earned his MS from the University of Southern California; and his BS from the University of California - Davis.
