SCI Solutions Expands Product Lines and Executive Team
Leading Healthcare Access Management Company adds depth in offerings and expertise
Los Gatos, Calif. – February 1, 2006 – SCI Solutions, the leading provider of premiere access management solutions, today announced that it has expanded its healthcare Access Management product suite to include Community Order Entry and Pre-Encounter Management as complements to our award winning Scheduling and Revenue Cycle solutions. Additionally, SCI announces two significant additions to our senior management team: Vinnie Whibbs assumes the role of Senior Vice President of Community Initiatives and Cindy Dullea rejoins the company as Senior Vice President of Marketing.
In October 2005, SCI Solutions acquired Efileshare.com to augment its Access Management solutions. Efileshare brings to SCI Solutions a set of Community Order tools that are used by physician offices to order outpatient services at hospitals, transfer patient files between physician offices and send referrals to other physician offices. SCI's Pre-Encounter Workstation combines revenue cycle, pre-registration and intelligent workflow to provide effective and streamlined pre-encounter management.

Vinnie Whibbs formerly served as the CEO of Efileshare and was extensively involved with the development of its Community Order initiatives since its inception. His prior experience includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer for The Institute of Biomedical Research and as a Supply Officer in the United States Navy. Vinnie has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame.
Cindy Dullea has over 29 years of experience in the healthcare arena and has multi-disciplined expertise across the functional area comprising today's high tech health information systems. Having worked for providers, payors and vendors, she has significant healthcare information systems experience: serving in executive positions at HealthVISION, Watson Wyatt Worldwide, Thomson Medstat and McKesson. Additionally she was the Director of Product Marketing at Compucare, now QuadraMed and Director, Product Group for The Eclipsys Corporation. Ms. Dullea has a BS in Nursing from Salve Regina University, an MBA from Stephens College and is board certified in Nursing Informatics. She is a Captain in the United States Naval Reserves and presently commands one of its largest medical units.
