These combined order and scheduling workflows enable health enterprises to more efficiently deal with patient non-compliance and service delays, phone tag, faxing and subsequent patient and provider frustrations. This automation reduces the manual efforts associated with receiving orders, matching orders to appointments, and managing lost orders and out of network referral tracking.

• Intelligence to ensure that order matches appointment; if appointment diverges from order, then order is canceled and a new order is requested from MD Office
• Link to launch Order Facilitator from within Schedule Maximizer
• Link from the physician scheduling portal  to Order Facilitator in order to launch the online order functionality and pre-populate a new order with the details from the scheduled appointment
