SCI’s two award-winning healthcare access products, Order Facilitator^® and Schedule Maximizer^®, are combined to provide physician offices with a quick, online scheduling and “two-click” ordering process. By embedding Order Management into Scheduling, orders are automatically matched with scheduled appointments. These combined order and scheduling workflows enable Access Management professionals to more efficiently deal with patient non-compliance and service delays, phone tag, faxing and subsequent patient and provider frustrations. This automation reduces the manual efforts associated with receiving orders, matching orders to appointments, and managing lost orders.

• Order management functionality: tracking of ‘open’ orders (those not linked to an appointment), linking of appointments to orders, maintaining a Worklist of orders needing appointments and a Worklist of appointments needing orders
• Orders to be scheduled Worklist enables schedulers to build an appointment from an order with one-click
• Intelligence to ensure that order matches appointment; if appointment diverges from order, then order is canceled and a new order is requested from MD Office
• Link to launch Order Facilitator from within Schedule Maximizer
• Link from the physician scheduling portal  to Order Facilitator in order to launch the online order functionality and pre-populate a new order with the details from the scheduled appointment
